My God Son

Several years ago my husband and I was blessed to meet a very humble, smart & kind young man who also happened to play basketball. His name is Juvonte Reddic, from Winston-Salem, NC. Before he played on a Championship High School Basketball team, before he had a dozen colleges seeking his talent, before he signed with VCU he was Ju Ju a team player on my husbands AAU basketball team the Carolina Predators. I have watched him turn into a well rounded young man and today I just wanted to take the time out to say we are proud of you. I went to school with your parents and now realize that it was just one of those divine interventions that our paths crossed. God has a plan for us all, who would have thought that my friendship with Lavetra, your mother,  would come full circle so many years later. Tim & I love you and will always be a shoulder for you! Sweet Sixteen Birthday Cake

This cake was for a sweet sixteen birthday party. The cake was Dark Chocolate cake with buttercream icing. I made the fancy letters out of fondant and airbrushed with silver and then blinged out with edible silver disco dust! The star in the front is done the same way then I piped out "Happy Birthday".
There are a 100 cupcakes all around the main cake. They were Tre Vanilla with Buttercream and sprinkled with black & purple sugar crystals and so more silver disco dust!

This was a Thomas the Train cake for Grayson! The cake was dark chocolate with fudge filling and Buttercream icing. Cupcake picks made by Lei Lei.

These are valrhona chocolate cupcake with callebaut chocolate icing and on the other cupcake it has a cream cheese icing and caramel. Both are topped with a fondant flower.

Popcorn Fanatic has some of our Cupcakes!

Yesterday I delivered a very special order! Our cupcakes were featured at the Popcorn Fanatic a wonderful gourmet popcorn store that has over a hundred different flavors.

We made Hummingbird Cupcakes & Red Velvet Cupcakes they were both topped with Cream Cheese Icing and fondant Flower and edible disco dust! Signs were custom made by Lei Lei!
