Valentine's Day Cakes

Today we made a Red Velvet cake with fresh pink cream cheese icing.
Then we added textured heart fondants all over the big pink cake and the cupcakes.
I have started making my cream cheese icing softer and with different colors instead of the "traditional white".

I have gotten several request for this icing. I like both ways!!
Rolled my fondant then  used some stamps to give it the texture of flowers. Cut it out with 2 different heart cutters.
